Departure

Hello! Today is the big day, I depart tonight at 19:25, which after some thought is 7:25pm. I was able to fit everything in my backpacking bag and spangly new camera bag. I will do a video on the packing process when I get home, even I am amazed at my skills. Briefly, I packed: laptop, 1 pair of jeans, 8 tops, socks, underwear, The Name of the Wind (best book ever), a notebook, colored markers, my Canon 7D, my tiny point-and-shoot camera, converse, flip flops, various excessive toiletries, sunglasses..... uh yeah, that's about it. Oh, and my handy-dandy European plug converter. Anywho, I'll hopefully post tomorrow, although I do not arrive in Prague until about 5pm June 1st. Wish me luck! 

Boring Tuesday

Ok, so today is not very exciting, I need to go to the bank to make sure my ATM card will work in Prague, and I need to resend a DVD to DragonCon because it got cracked in the mail :/ (completely unrelated to my Prague trip in any way). So! I have started to layout my clothes to pack, I will post a video sometime Thursday briefly outlining the packing process. (Also, this website is bonniespragueblog.blogspot.com, not .blogger.com...sorry Adam)

Getting Started

Alright! Finally decided on a layout and color scheme that I am really happy with. From this point forward I will be posting daily. So, what exactly will I be posting about you might ask? Well, I am going to talk about day-to-day life in Prague and for the next few days (before I leave) I'll be talking about preparations I am making, for example, today I:

• Messed around with my new camera
• Took the picture for my blog/filmed my video blog opening
• Bought tiny face-wash 
• Bought pants
• Cleaned my room
• Filled out traveler's insurance form

So yeah! When I actually get to Prague I'll have more exciting things to say, also, when I get back in July I will edit together my daily video blog and post it on here as well. Enjoy!
